Career and family. (Not) a problem?!
Life hacks for your future

The inspiring awareness-raising event for young people – intiated by taskforce4women and co-organized by the Müller-Möhl Foundation and the EFZH, took place in the auditorium of the University of Zurich.

Under the direction of Prof. Harald Gall, our top-class panel guests Tijen Onaran (ACI Consulting), Nora Teuwsen (ABB) and Sandra Banholzer (RAUSCH) discussed how the balancing act between family and career can succeed. Presentations by taskforce4women and Prof. Josef Zweimüller showed why it is crucial to avoid mini-workloads and remain active in the labor market. This not only protects against professional boredom, financial dependency, and poverty in old age, but also creates the basis for a self-determined life.
The panelists called on people to set clear goals, use networks, and courageously seize opportunities instead of waiting for a “miracle”.
